CY5-Danshensu

Cyanine5-Danshensu/Danshensu-CY5 is a fluorescent labeled derivative. It can be used for subcellular localization imaging at the cellular level, as well as fluorescence imaging of deep tissues such as mouse blood vessels, liver and kidney at the in vivo level, to intuitively observe the permeation and enrichment patterns of danshensu. It can be used as a tracer probe and loaded into carriers such as liposomes and nanoparticles to monitor the release kinetics of Danshensu in the carrier and optimize the delivery efficiency of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine. By relying on near-infrared fluorescence signals, real-time tracking of the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion process of danshensu in cells and small animals, clarifying its tissue targeting and pharmacokinetic characteristics.
